The Role: This market leading education and online training organisation are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function of their digital portfolio. The main objective of this role is to increase MQL's for their global training courses across a range of B2B and B2C sectors in order to support the sales team. The right candidate will manage the existing Marketing Executive and Junior Marketing Executive to support their progression and development. You will be responsible for creating the inbound and demand generation strategy to feed marketing qualified leads to the sales team. The Head of marketing will be responsible for improving web performance, optimising the customer journey and implementing lead nurture campaigns along with managing existing agency relationships.

The company are a well established training business who have provided courses to multiple companies across the UK over the last 15 years. With many different products sitting under the broader company umbrella, the right individual will be working in a team of ten marketers whilst reporting directly into the Head of Marketing. As market leaders within the UK, there are plans to expand globally and built on the existing workforce of over 150.
