Job Title: Head of Marketing & Communications

Location: Wes Yorkshire

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000

A leading charity in West Yorkshire is looking for a Head of Marketing to join their growing team. The charity is experiencing a period of unprecedented growth and requires someone who can handle a fast paced environment and that has the drive and determination to acquire new business in a competitive market. The idea is to create an in-house agency model so ideally you will have Agency experience either as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement an effective marketing, PR and communications strategy with key audiences and liaise with other teams in the organisation to ensure that messages are current, accurate and consistent with the brand.
  • Manage multichannel campaigns utilising online and offline channels.
  • Carry out research and analysis on marketing data to shape marketing strategy.
  • Allocate marketing budget appropriately to maximise ROI.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years marketing management experience.
  • Senior management experience within Agency essential.
  • Practice in managing PR and media campaigns desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to operate as part of a team.

Based in West Yorkshire, this role is commutable from Leeds, Bradford & Huddersfield.
