A fantastic opportunity to Diageo Europe's marketing team!
This role is responsible for the creation of all the single brand shopper marketing growth drivers across Whisky and Baileys for Europe. Whisky is the biggest category in Europe and really important to Diageo future growth ambition. This role will lead a team of 4 to develop the most efficient and effective industry leading shopper marketing growth drivers. Success will lead to delivery of the annual plan, but also external recognition from customers. The growth drivers developed must grow our share, but also drive equity and penetration growth. The role requires the individual to transform our growth drivers to be ‘channel’ ready and also be fit for omni channel application, delivering against all aspects of the ‘path to purchase’ and not just at the ‘moment of choice’.
Working very closely with brand teams, and starting with strong insights, this role leads the creation of high quality and scalable single brand shopper marketing growth drivers for execution across Europe. The creation is for all premium core Whisky brands and Baileys, including innovation.
Delivers SBC inspiration and toolkits that are ‘channel ready’ across countries for execution.
Working with, and managing agencies deliver high standards and leading industry shopper marketing.
Deliver tools that conform to the developed NGM physical availability principles, covering the full path to purchase, and in accordance with the M&E learnings.
The shopper marketing single brand create budget for Whisky and Baileys
Indirectly the activation money spent on Whisky and Baileys shopper Marketing/BTL execution in countries
