Due to this continued growth they're now looking for a Head of Social Media to join their team.
In this newly created role you will be responsible for leading a team of Community Managers to deliver effective consumer and member engagement strategies, whether that's through blogs, articles, surveys – you'll take responsibility. You'll be client facing and work with some of the biggest brands in the UK. You'll have direct line management responsibility and introduce process to the team.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a very strategic Head of Social Media. You'll ideally have a marketing or digital agency background and be experienced in handling multiple accounts and clients at a strategic level. You'll also have proven experience in acknowledging areas of weakness with the ability to introduce effect processes across the team and business.
