In this vital role, you’ll plan for and predict the needs of our customers, enhancing our Help & Support systems and making sure they’re ready for the future. That includes managing the content and delivery of our Digital Care initiatives, optimising our Web and App channels, and providing online solutions that are tailored to people’s needs. This is an opportunity to use your creativity, curiosity and innovative thinking to solve problems and drive our business forward.

What you’ll do:

• Optimise and manage customer-facing Help & Support content across the EE digital estate
• Create simple customer solutions by shaping our systems to meet their needs
• Tune your approach by using our suite of tools to AB and multi-variant test
• Own and oversee a range of high-priority projects
• Build strong relationships with Technology, UX, Design and Content teams
• Be our Subject Matter Expert for Help & Support

You’ll definitely:

• Have degree level education or equivalent
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Have worked in agile development operating models
• Show a record of media/telecoms industry experience
• Empathise with customers and understand their needs
• Be commercially aware
