 FMCG Connect is pleased to be working with an exciting, creative SME organisation searching for an in-house Account Manager for their client the Co-Op. You will mainly work within the CO-Op HQ in central Manchester.

The successful candidate will previously have worked in a similar role and will be reporting into the Account Director.

Responsibilities

  • Help create exciting and varied radio content and media projects and manage the projects from start to finish
  • Own, manage and build development plans for the Co-Op
  • Fully understand the businesses full range of products & services
  • Primary point of contact for all communication with network of key contacts at different levels/departments within the client
  • Plan, attend and follow up client meetings and reviews
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on future buying trends
  • Negotiate variations in price, service or specification with clients

Essentials

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • First rate project management experience
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Degree educated/experience
