Facebook is seeking a Marketing Manager on a contract basis to lead our London Partner Centre Program. The London Partner Centre is a physical space within our Brock Street office where we welcome our community, media partners, SMBs and marketers to come together to share, inspire and innovate. The role sits on our Global Industry Marketing team within the wider Global Business Marketing organisation; we are the voice of Facebook within the industry and the voice of the industry within Facebook.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Program for our London Partner Centre, including working with key stakeholders such as sales to deliver immersive programs for the 200+ executive meetings taking place annually in the London Partner Centre for Facebook's key partners including our largest agency and advertiser accounts. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished marketer, project manager, and communicator. This role requires close collaboration with Sales (and our clients), Facebook executives, and other internal stakeholders to deliver on unique outcomes for each meeting. Marketing expertise within the sales, digital marketing and/or technology industries is required, as well as a working knowledge of Facebook’s existing advertising solutions.
It is a 12 month contract role based in London, UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*

Manage the overall programming for the London Partner Centre to ensure it is driving impact for the wider business including adding to and executing against a specific calendar of engagement

*

Partner with Sales teams to deliver impactful, customised meetings for Facebook's largest advertising and agency clients by crafting results-driven agendas with thoughtfully suggested sessions & speakers

*

Be a marketing specialist in a particular vertical/industry/region in order to proactively anticipate client session needs

*

Lead on all marketing efforts for London as a region through a concise and regular communication plan

*

Leverage storytelling skills to incorporate themes and key messages throughout the on-site meeting

*

Facilitate Voice of the Customer report for the Global Business Marketing team by providing qualitative feedback from Partner Centre meetings to further GMS priorities / initiatives

*

Develop new strategies for custom client meetings, execute tests against those strategies, learn from your testing, and inform the global partner centre program based on your results and impact

*

Contribute to best practices that promote the Partner Centre and Industry program and be able to measure and analyse results

*

Proactively lead on a Trade Body program to manage and track on site meetings in the space

*

Be able to lead on training and coaching initiatives for our EMEA Speaker Bench working with external partners where necessary

*

The flexibility to assist with the wider responsibilities involved in content activation at our key tentpole events

*

Manage local budget

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

*

BA required (communication or marketing preferred)

*

7+ years experience in sales / communications / project management / marketing functions

*

Basic understanding of sales life cycle, and digital media-buying process

*

Excellent communication and analytical skills

*

Possess organisational, process and project management skills

*

Proven track record building cross functional relationships

*

Leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation, particularly executives

*

Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment.
