The role itself will be within the Consumer Analytics team, a function of around 10 people within this specific function, and the role will report into the team manager.
You will be aligned to the retention marketing team, helping them answer specific business problems, sometimes in the form of reporting, most of the time in the form going beyond this by providing actionable insight and recommended actions.
You will be working on a Big Data platform, and this is a business with both millions of customers and billions of data points.

These questions can often be woolly, and you will need to help shape them to make them much more business appropriate, ensure you're answering issues through your analysis which can help solve them, and in doing so, achieve a positive customer, business and commercial result.
Your stakeholders will be up to and including heads of function, driving actionable recommendations and seeing the impact of these in the business' bottom line and customer numbers.

Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 (dependant on experience)
