It is now looking for an Insight and Analytics Manager to provide an accurate insight into its online customer behaviour and website engagement. This data will then drive insight to deliver improved online customer engagement through the use of onsite behavioural data.
You will challenge existing assumptions, solve problems and highlight trends and opportunities for further business growth and/or efficiencies. You will also identify pinch points and key areas for optimisation along the online customer journey.
