This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive Leeds based agency who are looking for an Insight Manager. This is more than just numbers, this is about telling a story!
The aim of the Insight Manager will be to take ownership of one of three categories, ascertaining key insight data to feedback to the Head of Insights. This position will work closely with the category account management teams, AMP category lead and category planners working in-house for the client in order to generate the right level of insight needed. You will analyse sales, customer and campaign data, sourcing any necessary info from both the agency and the client's teams. These will then be used to inform the category's future strategy, marketing campaigns and future proposals put forward by the agency.
What We're Looking For:
It's crucial to this position that you have previously held an insight or data role within a retail business. You must have previous experience working with multiple stakeholders and experience working across multiple technology platforms and processes an ability to pull together a single view of data in order to drive campaign and category insight. You need strong communication skills and be able to relay your findings back to senior staff in a clear and concise way. Experience using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Rapid Miner, MDX and SAS would also be very useful.
