They are looking for applicants with previous consumer insight and market research agency experience, with a passion and knowledge about consumers and brands. You will be working in partnership with other marketing teams to drive strategic change through the delivery of market, shopper and consumer insights. The role involves guiding the development of brands across the market mix, the strategy of brands and leading the action planning against performance issues.
This role will be working on a mix of bespoke ad hoc research, continuous data and Kantar worldpanel and ACNielsen data so would suit someone with strong experience in all areas.
This vacancy would suit someone who already has plenty of experience working in brand centre client-side insight teams. You should also be able to demonstrate experience of working on FMCG brands, have a strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and be able to make clear recommendations based on consumer insight. You will be comfortable operating fairly independently across multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced environment, being able to come up with creative solutions quickly.
You should be degree (or equivalent) educated in marketing or related subjects, have experience working across UK B2C markets and have the right to work in the UK.
