A day in the life:
Drive and deliver the Make Up strategy through excellent in-store experience and execution to impact Category growth.
Design the in-store experience for Make Up that supports the overall category strategy
Lead design and brief for core in-store assets that enhance the in-store merchandising and collaborate with the Axe Director and creative team on the strategy
Work with the Shopfit and VM teams on the strategy for in-store merchandising that inspires and offers the customer a unique experience
Own concept and brief to deliver in-store merchandising for core and new products in line with the budget and work closely with the Shopfit and VM teams to execute
Develop relevant in-store assets (e.g. texture cards, pricing strips, graphic panels) for all NPDs and core products, working closely with the Axe Director to ensure that product benefit communication is optimised
Ensure that any changes in product distribution driven by planogram updates are in line with the Category strategy and communicated to the relevant teams
Drive process involving Commercial and VM teams to produce best in class planograms covering all agreed markets’ needs in terms of stand size and store format
Do you fit the bill?
* Experience in similar Operational Marketing positions within a large, international retailer/FMCG (B&T preferred)
* Strong expertise in delivering launches to markets
* Experience in collating and analysing information across various forms of data
* Experience of working in a commercial environment
* International experience and exposure to varied client base
* Experience of working with VM and Shopfit
Our global HQ is located in the heart of East Croydon – 1 minute walk from the train station and is just 10 minutes train ride from Clapham Junction and 16 minutes from London Victoria. Our East Croydon office provides a light, modern and open-plan work space that includes an onsite global café and even a live living wall in the reception area.
