An excellent 7 month fixed term contract opportunity has arisen for an InterAction and CRM specialist to join a premier law firm with a global perspective in a role which will allow the successful candidate to make a real difference.
The focus of the InterAction & CRM Executive will be to develop and manage an established database, whilst ensuring that it is being utilised to its fullest potential internally. You will deal directly with lawyers and senior partners coaching them in the use of InterAction, whilst acting as a real champion for the system and advising on best practice in relation to all marketing and business development initiatives. Main responsibilities will include including creating mailing lists, building reports, creating contacts, reviewing new contacts under GDPR, clean-ups on existing information, creating landing pages, sending out weekly newsletters, working with the New York office to cover European newsletters and client updates and working with the partners to create personal emailings.
Essential requirements for this challenging InterAction & CRM Executive role include proven experience of InterAction and Vuture most likely gained in a professional services environment. Allied to your technical abilities you will need to be proactive and enthusiastic with the ability to liaise effectively with the highest levels internally.
