As the Interim Digital Conversion Optimisation Manager, you will be responsible for working across both App and website infrastructure, helping a start-up that's evolving from MVP to more sophisticated digital experience as it launches a range of new products and services to market, evolving their digital capability and providing a more comprehensive digital service for their audience.
They key tools in your armoury will be Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Maxymiser for each of their respective uses.
You will be working with the product and UX teams, looking at customer journeys both in pre-live testing and post live review. Looking at the impact changes are having on the customer experience and looking to optimise this to improve conversion and completion of customer journey. Giving a seamless experience, and one that helps improve the performance of both transactional and service based actions their customers will take when using their digital platforms.
