This company is an award-winning employee engagement consultancy headquartered in York, with a fast-growing London hub. They work in the UK, Europe and globally. Their York head office is based in an award-winning converted chapel. It's home to an amazing team including consultants, designers, content specialists and support team. They are a fast paced, lively and supportive team, all passionate about maintaining high standards and excellent reputation.

They are currently looking for an experienced Internal Communications Consultant, based in the London area to join the team. This is a permanent, full time role.

What you'll do:

- Support live projects, from the ideas stage through to final delivery
- Meet with clients face to face, virtually or over the phone, to discuss briefs and build strong working relationships
- Offer creative ideas and strategic solutions to new briefs
- Brief designers, illustrators and partners
- Manage projects, including planning timescales and deliverables
- Act commercially, delivering projects on time and on budget.

Skills and experience:

- Experience in internal communications; ideally three or more years working in-house or in a similar agency environment. Agency experience preferred, though not essential
- A proven interest in creative communication, culture and people engagement
- Ability to bring fresh and smart ideas to every project
- A focus on delivery - on time, on budget and excellent every time
- A passion to learn and a desire to drive your career forward
