We have a great opportunity to join the number 1 global
insurance brand as an Internal Communications Manager and develop your career
with a world leader.
In this role you will partner with a member of AXA UK’s
Management Committee to identify strategic priorities and develop annual
communication strategies and plans for the Claims function and jointly develop,
and deliver AXA UK’s internal communication strategy; work with the UK&I
internal communicators community to deliver consistent, high-quality and
creative communications that support strategic business objectives.
* Partner with the
leadership team in one of AXA UK’s key business areas (Claims) to identify
strategic priorities and develop and deliver annual communication
strategies, plans and activities that involve, inform and engage
* Plan and deliver
communication activities, such as: leadership communication, events,
campaigns, project communications, change announcements and engagement
activity supporting both local and wider company campaigns.
* Work with other business
unit partners and as part of the UK&I Internal Communication Community
to share best practice, manage an editorial planner, and ensure business
area activities and messaging align to the wider business.
* Work with the Head of
Strategy and Internal Communications to support and deliver AXA UK’s
Internal Communication Strategy.
* Support IC channel
development and implementation across AXA UK, including collaboration
tools in O365.
* Ensure consistent,
high-quality internal communication outputs across the business that are
audience-focused, measurable and in AXA’s tone of voice.
* Collaborate with
colleagues in eComms, external comms, HR.
* A relevant communication
* Significant experience
within a similar internal communication role.
* Experience in developing
and delivering communication strategies and plans for a complex commercial
business with multi-site audiences.
* Confidence and ability to
influence and challenge at senior leadership level and managing competing
communication, copywriting and proof-reading skills.
* Demonstrates a clear
understanding of how communication supports strategic business objectives.
* Creative and
enthusiastic with a passion and energy to drive a transformation in our
employee communication and engagement strategy.
* Experience in line
managing would be beneficial.
