This hugely respected organisation plays a key role in the development of education systems around the world via the provision of research & insights. As International Business Development Manager, your task will be to secure new or maintain existing partnerships/client relationships by gathering market intelligence, identifying leads and coordinating proposals. This will involve strategy/business planning, proactive business development (and pipeline management), plus bid management and solution liaison. Thus the International Business Development Manager will collaborate with the organisation's sales & marketing/bid teams, plus international partners/clients.
What's required is essentially someone who knows the international education sector, plus has a good ground in research & insights, and has commercial business development & marketing skills (this is NOT a commission based 'sales' role).
