IT Project Manager – Supply Chain
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who will be leading projects to drive improvement of our Supply Chain operation. As a drinks manufacturer we have many production sites across the UK, although most of your work will be based around The Midlands as we have our National Distribution Centre (NDC) in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, an office in Solihull and flagship production site in Rugby, Warwickshire. You are likely to need to travel to our Head Office in Hertfordshire once a week.
As this role focuses on the IT Supply Chain side of our businesses its necessary that you have Fast Moving Commercial Goods (FMCG) experience or manufacturing experience as the understanding of how a Supply Chain works is key. SAP experience would be desirable (WM or EWM modules). Typically, you would look after 2/3 projects at any one time although this may change dependant on the scale of the project. As this role faces off to the business a commercial awareness will be required as well as the ability to influence stakeholders. We can offer huge variety, interest and development opportunities but the ability to juggle priorities is key. This role isn’t hugely technical, so we aren’t looking for someone who has worked in Infrastructure for example.
We are on a huge change journey and have a 5-year road map which is moving to SAP Hana.
If this sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you. This exciting role could give you the opportunity to play an integral part in the future growth of one of the biggest soft drink suppliers in the UK. Britvic is a very exciting and supportive place to be, has a clear vision for growth, a focus on personal development and an open and honest culture. It is the name behind iconic and market-leading brands such as Robinsons, Pepsi, Fruit Shoot, Tango, Squash’d, J2O, R. Whites, Gatorade, 7UP and Lipton.
We’re committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees – in fact this is at the heart of our company culture and values, and we welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds.
