This is an opportunity to join us on a fixed term contract basis for up to 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave on a salary of up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience.
As the IT Service Administrator, you will form part of our Service Desk team who are responsible for delivering an important, timely and vital IT request fulfilment service to the business through
You'll be the first line of contact for our users, as well as working closely with the other members of the Support team to ensure that we continue to deliver the best IT service to the business.
You will be responsible for providing first line support for incident and request resolutions and carry out administrative tasks for the IT Service Desk.
To be our IT Service Desk Administrator, you should have -
•Previous experience of working within a IT Service/Helpdesk environment
•Excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, patience, problem solving and teamwork
•High level of organisational skill whilst under pressure.
•Able to use your own initiative and confident when dealing with people at all levels.
•Demonstrate an ability to multi-task.
•Being proactive when encountering unknown problems
•Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot in the following areas - Active Directory, Windows 7, Windows 10, office 365, Exchange, Mobile device platforms,
