Leeds Building Society is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT Services Department. You will be based at our Cobalt Office in Newcastle.
About the role
The IT Support Analyst will maintain the Society's IT systems, hardware and software through effective customer service, support and maintenance. You will make sure change is managed in line with procedures that deliver best practice. Key duties include providing first and second line support for IT servers, desktop, communication and core business applications and processing customer escalations within one hour of receipt. You will ensure that the Society's IT systems are operational and available for use by the business as per agreed SLAs.
What we're looking for
* Significant experience in IT Support, Change Management and/or related functions
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
* High standard of personal integrity
* Appropriate IT qualifications such as ITIL Foundation, MSCP
