Looking for that next career challenge?  Minimum 2-3 years robust FMCG brand marketing experience?  This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, ambitious marketer to join a major global food business and category leader, taking hands-on responsibility for one of the UKs most loved brands.  This is a business at the cutting edge of the plant food industry; a business with an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture, committed to developing healthy, natural products enjoyed by consumers across the world. Key Responsibilities

  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the brand including consumers, competitors and retailers.
  • Planning and developing the brand promotional plan including retail & shopper activations, digital & ecommerce activity and PR initiatives.
  • Responsibility for the delivery of brand penetration KPIs and revenue growth including analysis and tracking of all marketing activities.
  • Leading ongoing brand and product innovation projects, ensuring perfect execution in the UK & Ireland.
  • Monitoring ongoing business performance, market trends, competitor activity and return on marketing investment.
  • Ownership and tracking of Net Revenue Management activities across your brands.
  • Leading the growth of digital platforms and initiatives across the brand, applying an entrepreneurial mindset to drive digital as a key business growth platform.

Key Skills Checklist

With a ‘can do’ attitude and business savvy, including a grasp of P&Ls and market/retail data, you’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with as much ownership as you need to make an impact!  We’re looking for someone who can bring their ideas, motivation and desire to succeed to the business.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years solid FMCG brand management experience, ideally with a real interest in food and cooking.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills to present clearly, simplify complex topics and influence decision making.
  • Hands-on experience of developing integrated comms activity including digital/social media.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with a passion for brands, consumers and shoppers.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build strong internal relationships and work in cross-functional teams.
