The Company

We are recruiting for a Junior Designer for our client in Northamptonshire. This is for an exciting and varied position where you can develop and grow your design experience and knowledge and progress within a well-established organisation.


The Job

  • Creatively guide and coordinate the products in line with the creative briefs from the team
  • Research, brief, layout, art edit on a wide range of products across different formats and novelties
  • Work with external partners' assets and illustrations, adhering to relevant style guides where necessary
  • Make sure all files are created in line with the required technical accuracy and design quality levels during all stages of the process
  • Make sure all products are produced to house design style and fulfil the in-house creative brief
  • Support the product in partnership with the 'publishing partner' within the allocated team, making sure key milestones are kept to and final files are supplied on time


The Ideal Candidate

  • A sound understanding of the design process
  • Strong technical skills on key software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Good communicator with very good problem-solving skills
  • Good people skills
  • A dynamic, proactive, team player


The Package

  • Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm and 1 hour for lunch
  • 28 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Pension - 4% + 4%
  • Death in Service
  • Free onsite parking
