Ideally candidates will have experience of: working with Affiliate companies, writing copy/newsletters for web-sites, PPC/SEO campaigns, tracking and analytical software, proficiency in MS Office packages and experience of using design software.
You will be working in a relaxed environment with a small team of motivated and competent colleagues. As a person you'll need to be willing to lead from the front, be hands on to get the job done.
As our Digital Marketing Executive you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, taking over the existing partnerships.
The role will be leading on the creative development of all digital marketing campaigns, including the production and implementation of email, affiliate and digital marketing campaigns covering SEM and digital display.
Junior Digital Marketing Executive Main Responsibilities:
+ Manage existing partnerships and affiliate relationships via assigned programs.
+ Utilise your marketing and creative skills to create email graphics, banners etc.
+ Manage the entire end-to-end email marketing processes and ensure they are tracked and reported on to improve and optimise future performance
+ Ensure all communications and content are compliant with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the regulatory requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority.
+ Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant regulations and take ownership for the design, implementation and delivery of the training and monitoring programmes.
Junior Digital Marketing Executive Knowledge, Skills & Experience
+ An excellent working knowledge of the full digital marketing mix, specifically email and affiliate marketing, copy writing and SEO/SEM.
+ Create and implement design solutions that reinforce the brand message across all marketing platforms
+ Evaluate marketing campaigns using tracking and analytical software and assess the results
+ Excellent written and oral skills with good digital copy writing skills.
+ IT skills: You will need proficiency in MS Office packages plus experience of using design software.
+ CRM activities, including, researching potential new business opportunities.
+ Develop proposals for campaigns, accounting for cost and effort of available marketing channels
+ Can take ownership of work and is self-managing;
+ Highly organised, flexible and proactive across diverse range of activities
