ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Data Analyst to join our fantastic team in London. Reporting into the Head of Culture & Entertainment, you’ll be innovative in the way you work and have an analytical mind-set, comfortably drawing trends and insights from data. Equally, you’ll have demonstratable experience of PR, Communications and Social and will thrive in positions where this is the key focus of your role. In this capacity, you will highlight trends and insights to present back to the business in order to retain Diageo as a market leader and to identify opportunities to continuously grow our brands.
You’ll be running projects with a number of internal and external stakeholders in order deliver consistent measurement reporting and’ transform our trends into actions amongst the brand teams. This will include being the key communicator to a range of stakeholders including our brand teams, team members and a range of third party agencies to support the delivery of performance and team ambitions.
This role will be a fixed term contract until September 2019

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Communications analysis experience is essential; demonstrable experience of using media analysis tools, social listening products and social media analytics as well as experience in creating measurement frameworks and selecting KPIs.
Real communications experience, marketing knowledge and an analytical mindset with a passion for problem solving. We are looking for someone with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, who can build strong working relationships and be able to communicate strongly amongst stakeholders across functions and countries.
Project management and organisational skills are key for this role with the ability to take ownership of initiatives to deliver at speed.
