Junior Project Manager, Imagine
Overall Job Purpose
At Immediate, we love awesome people who are passionate about what they do. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Imagine creative studio, assisting the various brand teams in all aspects of cross-media creative campaign management. You will work closely with the project managers, sales, editorial and production teams across our brands. You will assist from pitching, creating and delivering campaigns involving all aspects of client account management, working on a wide variety of brands and work with some really talented people in a fast-paced environment.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple commercial creative projects through the Imagine creative studio. You will liaise with clients and agencies from point of sale through to final delivery and campaign reporting, managing timings, assets and budgets.
You will need to be insanely talented and be able to efficiently plan and prioritise all deliverables and resources working across multiple commercial projects.
You should be able to consistently manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets and scopes and deliver projects on deadline and be able to make decisions and find solutions quickly and with confidence. Attention to detail and organisation is essential.
These projects may have elements of design, editorial, HTML5, photography or video and run in all platforms from magazines to digital to TV and everything in-between. You will be involved in all steps of the creative process, from brainstorm through to deliverables, as well as maintaining the relationship between our Bristol and London offices.
Knowledge, Experience & Competencies
Exceptionally strong organizational skills are key to this role, as well as a proven ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. We’re looking for someone who can remain calm under pressure, and can work comfortably to tight deadlines. Excellent written and numeracy skills are a must, as well as the ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running.
You must be keen to learn and develop, someone who enjoys the challenge of new things and wants to excel in the fast-paced media industry.
