Central London, £50,000-55,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
An exciting opening is now available for a senior researcher who will relish the opportunity to join a high-flying team within this top agency. The role's focus will be to develop lead and develop a key client account plus assist in developing other strategic client relationships within the customer experience space, ensuring the agency is seen as a long-term partner with clients delivering insights that really make a difference, rather than just a supplier. Utilising your sound knowledge of the issues and challenges in customer experience research including NPS, you will have operated at a senior level within a research agency and have a proven ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
