Key Knowledge Manager role for a hugely influential education research body whose work impacts policy both nationally and internationally!

The heart of this position concerns driving forward the design and implementation of knowledge management activities to best support strategic planning, business development and education research work. This will include developing processes to influence long term business planning, covering competitor analysis, having an overview of related policy/research, improving overall knowledge management functions, lead desk research projects, and conduct some line/team management.

Ideally you'll be a Knowledge Manager or have relatable insights/strategic planning experience who's looking for a new challenge, and a role where the work you do makes a huge difference to not just this organisation but they work they do within educated which you'll be integral in facilitating. Thus alongside knowledge and line management skills, good comprehension of government policy and current issues within education, employment, social policy or a closely related field are also supremely advantageous.

You'll also be joining a highly collaborative organisation that offers excellent flexible (and enviable) working options in order to get the best from its team.
