This role will identify and form new high-value partnerships that utilise Three’s award-winning network to provide services and connectivity across segments such as SME, enterprise, IoT, and consumer. Three’s goal is to double the size of our business, and this role is critical in executing our multi-brand strategy by delivering new brands and partnerships that grow our business in our non-traditional markets.
You will be the face of Three to our potential partners, leading cross functional teams to evaluate and agree deals across commercials, technology, legal, and regulatory matters. You will lead engagements with our potential partners, negotiating end-to-end deals that deliver contractual, commercial, and operational frameworks that support mutually beneficial business practices.
You will look for market segments that have unmet needs that Three can address and make recommendations to the business on how to address these needs. You will be responsible for leading internal teams to identify the commercial models that make strong and sustainable partnerships and building the business cases for Three to pursue these deals. You will be bold with new and existing deal models, ranging from wholesale through to white-label. You will make business cases and recommendations for Three to invest in new capabilities and resources that will help drive new partnerships and partnership models.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maximise the financial return to Three by identifying potential Wholesale partnerships and new and disruptive business models to support Three’s business strategy. Bid and win the right deals to achieve accelerated and long term growth for Three.
Manages and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.
Builds complex frameworks to fully assess the scope and context of short-term and long-term business needs.
Takes responsibility for implementing the sales strategy for a significant part of the organization, while possibly leading major strategic bids.
Executes a communications plan by working within established communication systems and procedures.
Improvement / Innovation
Identifies opportunities, then suggests and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organization's change management program with guidance from senior colleagues.
Client & Customer Management (External)
Manages strategic client and customer relationships, typically by using large account teams to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty toward the organization.
* Develops innovative solutions by integrating and analyzing complex and diverse information sources.
Manages and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of contracts and negotiates service level agreements while planning, coordinating and supervising activities related to major contracts.
Manages the development and/or delivery of an element of the organization's strategic planning.
Recommends ways to improve support for partners by changing policies, processes, standards and practices.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* University (First degree)
Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (Over 10 years to 15 years )
* Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers
