We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead PMO, Process & Change Management to join our team in London.

As the Lead PMO within Corporate Bank Technology & Operations you will be responsible for providing PMO support to a financial crime transformation programme.

The objective of the FCTP is to achieve sustainable Financial Crime compliance through the material improvement of Santander UK's Financial Crime controls, processes and systems. The key workstreams within the FCTP are the State Operating Model and Remediation. Other change priorities include response to new regulations (4th EU Money Laundering Directive, Criminal Finance Act, ABC enhancements and the Immigration Act).

As a Lead PMO, Process & Change Management your main responsibilities will be

* Supporting the programme and individual project’s governance arrangements including the collation and publication of governance literature (working packs, minutes & actions, RAID) and where applicable chairing meetings as deputy for the Programme Manager

* Monitoring and periodically reporting the progress of the programme/project to relevant FCC governance

* Actively managing risks and issues arising within the Programme. Ensuring each RAID is owned, progressed and has suitable dates for mitigating actions

* Establishing and/or maintaining a structured and organised record keeping inventory for the programme with logical indexing that would stand up to an independent audit during or post programme completion

* Supporting the preparation and ongoing management of suitable programme and project management level plans

Minimum skills and experience required

* Extensive experience of delivering financial crime operating and technology solutions (NetReveal, Actimize or similar) in a corporate/investment banking environment

* Programme/project management and solution delivery skills in various methodologies (waterfall, agile etc)

* Confident communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and external

* Ability to lead programme/multiple project teams and contribute to overall delivery

* Proven people management skills
