As a Lead Strategist/Associate Director, you'll help lead a team of strategists translating qualitative and quantitative data into business building insights, taking and end to end/project led approach from research design through to delivery. Framing compelling insights for clients, you'll be overseeing multiple projects/research engagements, drive additional solutions to clients where applicable, and contribute to the group's own strategic direction via monitoring trends and applying/recommending new methods/practices where appropriate.

Ideally you'll be an experienced insights professional ideally from agency/consultancy side either at SRM/AD level already, and who's used to leading on multiple projects, has strong presenting/communications skills, and has good experience with consumer brands. This position is especially enticing to those Lead Strategists/Senior Research Managers/Associate Directors keen to leave behind the churn and clunky practices of legacy groups in favour of a firm that embodies the tech enabled innovation the insights industry is now taking.
