Are you an ex lawyer mindful of training requirements large law firms need? Joining the knowledge management team of this renowned and hugely personable international law firm, you'll play a key role in establishing such training requirements acting as the firm's Legal Training & Development Manager.

Supporting mainly its UK based lawyers, but with additional activity for international offices too, you'll concentrate on how to run legal training. As such you'll develop a rolling seminar programme of training for lawyers via understanding their training needs and working with training providers to deliver this as training content/seminars. In so doing you'll manage the legal training budget and build strong relationships with relevant training providers.

The firm are looking for either qualified lawyer or someone with a previous relevant experience in the legal industry - the substance of this position is less about creating training courses based understanding training theory and instead more about understanding what lawyers are saying their technical legal training needs are, and so delivering the relevant content. This makes it a hugely influential post!
