Our client has established themselves as one of the key leaders in a global and extremely competitive industry and due to their continued success, are now looking to expand their team with the creation of this Loyalty Campaign Manager role. We're looking for someone with prior experience working in a Customer Loyalty or Campaign Management role, who is confident analysing vast quantities of consumer data and analysing these to form the basis of customer marketing campaigns. Ideally, you will have worked in a retail, ecommerce or FMCG brand and will have experience driving customer loyalty and engagement in a B2C environment.
As Loyalty Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving a successful customer loyalty programme for the business across the EMEA region. You will ensure all loyalty campaigns are designed to increase levels of retention, conversion and acquisition and give the maximum ROI for the business. You will analyse customer data and insights to identify consumer profiles and create a targeted loyalty programme that will appeal to these consumer segments. You will also be responsible for checking that all customer communications are clear, concise and contain accurate information, as well as ensuring these adhere to brand guidelines. This is a highly commercial and analytical role, you will regularly track campaign performance to ensure maximum return for the business, making alterations and recommendations as needed. You will also be expected to produce regular reports on campaign performance to key stakeholders across regions, to keep the informed of progress.

Due to the location of the office, this role is commutable to those living in Central London, Woking, Weybridge, Guildford, Epsom, Slough, Farnborough, Bracknell, Croydon, Twickenham, Windsor and Maidenhead. There will be occasional UK travel with this role so ideally candidates will be able to drive.
