The Market Development Manager will be responsible for setting the Division's direction and strategy in order to improve the market position of your products and solutions. You will work with the Product Management, Marketing Communications and the Solutions Team Leaders to implement clear objectives to grow brand awareness, develop innovative solutions and increase the businesses' overall profile. You will work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure alignment with the Divisional Vision and be responsible for overall managing the team on a day to day basis, ensuring that the team's overall objectives are met.
