What do the team do?
Here at giffgaff, we listen to our members, and want them to have peace of mind that we take their opinion seriously. That is where our Market Insights team comes into play. A small team of 3, they have a huge impact on our proposition and product offering. Whether we are developing a new product, or making an existing one better, this team takes feedback from our member community and brings it to life.
Working closely with our Product Owners and Marketing Team, this team gathers detailed feedback from members, and will bring these teams together to work through a more tailored proposition to suit the needs of our members. They will also conduct market research outside of our community, to carve out a niche in the Telco industry.
How will you fit into this?
Have a passion for providing the best customer experience, and having a direct impact on the products and propositions we can provide? Then this role sounds right up your alley! As Market Researcher, you will feed into our Customer Insight Specialist, supporting them to drill down into what product and propositions our members really want.
Working with Product Owners, Data Science, and Marketing teams, you will lead market research to gather and analyse feedback from our member community to advance our portfolio, so we can continually stay ahead of the competition. You will also engage with third party market research agencies for support on staying up to date with the Telco market outside of giffgaff. This is vital to drive our business forward, and continue to attract new members to us.
Your efforts will be rewarded as you see our proposition and product offering grow due to your intuition, foresight, and knowledge.
What we`re looking for:
To be successful in this role you`ll have experience working within a Market Insight led function. We`re also interested in the following skills/experience...
* Strong analysis experience.
* Conversant utilising a core data analysis programme, such as Q, R, or SPSS.
* Previous market research experience, dealing with both quantitative and qualitative data.
* Conversant in MS Office

This role is an office based role at our UK HQ in Uxbridge
We’re looking to pay a competitive salary (depending on experience) for this position.
