Are you looking for an innovative and challenging job with a broad mix of responsibilities?

An exciting and rewarding position is now available with this expanding company. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a full time Marketing / Account Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of marketing to enhance growth and customer relationships.

The two companies design, manufacture and distribute electronic reading aids and software that enable visually impaired, blind and dyslexic people to read. The products are life changing and help to restore independence, enable employment and education.

This role will suit an enthusiastic person who has a passion for digital marketing and enabling growth. To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience of developing and managing marketing functions and campaigns.

You will prioritise, manage and coordinate the delivery of their marketing services. Your great communication skills and writing skills will help you work with colleagues, external services and clients.

Responsibilities
- Managing marketing campaigns and maintaining the marketing calendar (e-mail, postal and social media)
- Create and implement new marketing strategies to increase sales
- Optimise website content considering SEO and analyse web traffic using GoogleAnalytics
- Creating and updating product catalogues using Adobe InDesign
- Creating mailshots using mailchimp
- CRM Management (SAP Business One)
- Building the brands through social media marketing and other online channels
- Tracking and reporting on performance of all marketing campaigns
- Analysing marketing campaigns and competitors
- Website management and updates; new products, software releases, exhibition details, customer reviews and testimonials
- Arranging national and international exhibitions (including exhibition stand design and layout)
- Occasional travel to see clients / exhibitions in the UK and internationally
- Regular telephone and email contact with key customers to keep them up to date on new products and services
- Work with the team to produce print, digital and video assets for the brands
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

Skills & Experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of 2 years' marketing experience
- Experience using Google Analytics is an advantage
- Highly computer literate with strong PowerPoint skills a must, Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
- Previous experience of creating and managing e-mail and postal marketing campaigns
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Organised and detail orientated

Salary
- Salary range from £30k to £40k depending on experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
