Marketing Administrator, Duxford (remote) – 3-month fixed term contract

The Company – 

Do you have at least 6 months marketing experience with a hunger to learn more? Are you looking for the opportunity to work within a world-renowned and highly respected specialist organisation?

Our client are industry leading experts in the medical technology field based just outside of Cambridge, who are seeking a Marketing Administrator join their growing marketing team of 3, on a temporary 3-month contract basis. There is potential for extension, but this cannot be guaranteed.

They are seeking an immediate starter with excellent eye for detail and communications skills, with a keen-to-learn attitude and self-motivation.

The Role – 

Working closely with their Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating content for the website, social media channels and press releases.
  • Proofread copy for articles, case studies and blogs.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database.
  • Assist internal communications.
  • Complete marketing and other administrative tasks such as ordering marketing materials, working with suppliers, assisting with events administration and supporting the wider business.

Requirements – 

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have a minimum of 6 months to a year’s experience in marketing previously, ideally coming from a B2B background.

You’ll also need to have the confidence to really get stuck in and not be afraid to ask for help – as with working fully remotely – they want you to really be part of the team too!

Ideally you will have experience in writing content and using social media channels with an understanding of social media marketing.

Location -

Whilst this role is fully remote, if there is any potential for extension on this contract, it may include office attendance, so due to the location of their Cambridgeshire based office, this role would best suit those located in areas such as Cambridge, Duxford, Sawston, Royston, Saffron Walden, Haverhill, Bishops Stortford, Baldock, Hitchin, Melbourn, Milton, and most parts of wider Cambridgeshire.
