We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join our client’s team based in Camberley.

The Company
Our client is one of the UK’s leading Accident Repair Solution providers, servicing both the Insurer and Fleet sectors from eight locations within the South West and Home Counties region.

The Role
As Marketing Administrator, you will take the lead in developing and safeguarding the integrity of the company document library and manage brand activity around work provider contracts, internal company profiles, internal communications and some marketing materials to achieve clear brand identity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities as Marketing Administrator
Internal communications, marketing and brand management:

  • To manage the intranet (Webdocs) ensuring accurate filing with correct protocols, systematic updating, BS 10125 compliance
  • Create and distribute formal corporate communications on behalf of the document author e.g. memos, bulletins and notices
  • Maintain & upload content onto the company website
  • Contribute to conference and client presentations, marketing & promotional materials, news and social media
  • Accurately complete administration as required to contribute to consistent delivery of the company brand identity
  • Manage and write content for social media distribution
  • To extract and cleanse data for analysis to provide management intelligence

Client profiles:

  • In conjunction with the Group Services teams, maintain the integrity of our company client profiles
  • Ensure that the most up to date profiles are published on the company intranet
  • Co-ordinate meetings with the Group Services teams & others when profiles are amended or new client contracts secured.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
To be successful in your application to the role of Marketing Administrator, you should have/be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related subject
  • Previous automotive sector experience
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel & Powerpoint/graphics
  • Able to focus and concentrate on high attention to detail 
  • Able to work on your own and within a team with colleagues of all levels
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible in your approach and able to build good rapport

Hours and Rewards
As Marketing Administrator, your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm and there is a salary on offer of £27,500 to £30,000 per annum depending upon experience.
