Becoming a Marketing and Communications Manager with Entrust:

Entrust are looking for a talented and driven marketing and communications manager to develop, deliver the marketing and communication strategy in line with the company’s multi-year strategic plan. Managing the marketing and communications team, the role will be accountable for designing and delivering multi-channeled lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns, retention programmes to support growth, as well as overseeing the stakeholder and internal communications activity for Entrust.

This role will be based out of Entrust’s headquarters in Stafford. Please note this is to cover maternity cover on a 12 months fixed term contract.

What you will do:

*

Work closely with the business development team and service lines to plan and execute high quality marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital and social

*

Manage measurement of campaign performance and optimisation, and deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis of KPIs

*

Develop high-quality, relevant and engaging marketing materials and stakeholder communications to support the campaigns, lead nurturing and retention programmes

*

Develop high-quality and relevant internal communications materials to support employee engagement

*

Line management of the Entrust marketing and communications team and working closely with working closely with business counterparts on joint campaigns

*

Identify, plan and deliver hosted and trade events

*

Manage the content strategy for Entrust’s external and internal digital platforms

*

Oversee the marketing budget for Entrust

*

Analyse and create database segmentation and distribution lists for campaigns

*

Manage measurement of campaign performance and optimisation, and deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis of KPIs

*

Work with central marketing functions, such as PR to support brand awareness, media coverage and reputation management

*

Manage customer data to ensure we are compliant with GDPR and company policies.

*

Work alongside our parent company, Capita, to co-ordinate communications and activities that support corporate social responsibility and sustainability.

Your experience and skills will include:

*

At least 5 years’ experience in marketing and communications management, with degree level education in a relevant subject

*

Experience in building B2B lead generation campaigns and lead nurturing and retention programmes

*

Highly proficient in using marketing delivery platforms, including mailing systems, CRM social media, analytics and segmentation tools

*

Excellent written and content management skills

*

Knowledge of web analytics, metrics, and reporting

*

Excellent problem solving, project management and communication skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels

*

Experience using Adobe applications (Photoshop, InDesign), etc. is preferred

*

Expertise in online and digital marketing execution and understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics.

Understanding of critical marketing success metrics and KPIs
