This company based in Keighley, West Yorkshire specialises in providing direct mail and data processing products, including online software services, to the direct marketing industry and to the wider public in general.

They are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work within a small team to produce diverse marketing projects and to act as a customer service representative to customers. You must be keen, willing to learn the different aspects of the business, and work well in a busy, fast-moving environment in this hands on role. You must also have at least 12 months experience in a marketing or customer service position.

What you will be doing:

Your job will be to develop content and marketing campaigns to promote the business using multiple channels including social media, email, and printed direct mail.

Your job will include learning the different products and services the business provides in order to speak confidently with customers on the phone and via online systems about those services.

You will be working independently with support and direction from the business development team.

Your main duties will be:

- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote the business.
- Creating written content including campaign copy, articles, and social media posts.
- Providing customer service for prospective clients.
- Assisting in other areas of the business as and when necessary.

What Skills and Experience You Need:

- You must have 1 years work experience in marketing, customer services, or a similar environment.
- You must have strong writing skills.
- You must be familiar with using social media platforms for business purposes.
- You must have a professional telephone manner and enjoy talking to people.
- You must display a confident approach to the role.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience with direct marketing and print.
- Experience copywriting, blogging, or creating other written works.
- Experience creating graphics and other digital media, such as video, for posting on social media.
