We’ve huge ambitions for 2018 and beyond, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced, commercially minded and creative Marketing and Merchandising Manager, who is passionate about brands and who can help us to deliver our goals.

Additionally we want someone who is passionate about our customers as much as we are, and who has a real interest in delivering solutions that will WOW our customers and drive loyalty.
We’re after someone who’s enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for excellence. Additionally, being well-organised and planned goes without saying, as there will always be a need to effectively juggle several projects at once.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Marketing Degree or CIM Qualification
Have experience in a similar role
Marketing experience that covers all areas of the marketing mix including, product, brand, merchandising, PR, print production, digital and online marketing, sales promotions with exposure of managing external agencies
What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Brand Director, you’ll flex your marketing muscle, invigorate our brand marketing communication strategies, and work closely with our category and sales teams to help translate the brand vision and passion into the best multi channel marketing plans in the industry.
No two days are the same, but here are some of the activities you will be involved in:
Brand guardian of the proposition, tone of voice and visual identity
Delivering internal and external brand launches
ATL and BTL consumer communications and campaigns
PR strategy and managing all trade and consumer PR activity
Managing and executing trade-focused marketing strategies
Managing the Promotions process and all relevant communications
Managing customer and consumer events
Obtaining and utilising market research and customer insights to drive growth
Developing best in class packaging and POS solutions
