The Company

My Client is one of the largest family operated BMW and MINI retailer in the UK, due to an unprecedented growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Assistant/Executive to join their busy team in Essex.

The Role

A rare opportunity in a new and exciting role. It will be a great challenge for anyone currently working in marketing to make a change in their career or looking for the next step up from an Assistant role to an Executive level.

The ideal candidate will have already been in a marketing role for a minimum of 1 year, looking to further his/her career to the next level.

Your Responsibilities

As a Marketing Assistant/Executive you will have responsibility for - Establishing the firms Marketing and Communication strategies across all departments.

Support the organisations business development plans.

You will be responsible for implementing a strategic Digital Approach via social media.

Develop a clear understanding and measurement of all current Marketing activities and devise future strategies to benefit campaigns. Control external marketing activity e.g product placements, on - going and new business sponsorships. Co-ordinate all internal communications for the relevant departments. Explore ways of improving existing products, services and increase profitability. To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media channels.

Key Skills

My client will only consider people with outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).

You must be confident using all social media channels effectively (image and video uploading, looking at analytics and boosting paid AD's)

A moderate understanding of BMW and MINI model range - however comprehensive training will be provided.

Some knowledge of Photoshop however limited this may be.

A people person, someone able to liaise with everyone

Enthusiastic and creative

Excellent writing skills

Passionate about digital marketing

Excellent organisational skills and a team player

Excellent IT skills including all aspects of MS Office.
