A leading global law firm is looking for a Marketing & BD Manager - Litigation, Arbitration and Employment, to work within a well-established global Marketing & BD team dedicated to supporting the firm on a wide range of business development, marketing and client relationship management activities.
Working under direction from the Litigation, Arbitration and Employment Senior Marketing & BD Manager and in collaboration with the London Marketing & BD team, the Marketing & BD Manager will be integral in helping to drive forward the practice group strategy in London and globally to ensure the firm maximises opportunities to grow revenues from existing and prospective clients across the practice, raise the firm's profile and position within key markets and leverage and coordinate people, knowledge and resources in an effective and efficient manner. The role holder will support the Heads of Product Law and Employment globally and support the Heads of International Arbitration in London and globally. This role will support the Litigation, Arbitration and Employment teams in London, but will also work with colleagues in the U.S., Continental Europe and Asia on global initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of structured and planned approaches across the full range of business development activities. The role will encompass a range of business development and marketing activities including pitching and credentials; client targeting and cross-selling; client, sector and competitor analysis; profile raising and marketing campaigns including communications such as directory submissions, brochures, online content, events and BD evaluation and reporting.
Pre-requisites for this role include an outstanding academic record allied to proven business development experience ideally gained in a leading law or professional services firm. Litigation, Arbitration and Employment experience is highly desirable but it is by no means essential.
