This employer is a registered charity with offices in Cardiff and Swansea. They provide Independent Mental Health and Mental Capacity Advocacy Services across most of South Wales, employing 44 employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, leading and managing potential development and funding streams, in addition to building the marketing and communication function. The role will be a key driver in the promotion of the organisation, as well as securing funding and building Partnerships with other organisations.

You will have strong people management experience, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be a good relationship builder with effective negotiating skills and relevant business planning experience. You will be proactive, innovative and highly organised with strong project management skills, a meticulous attention to detail and a demonstrable track record of preparing successful tenders.

Marketing, Social Media and Brand Management experience are highly desirable.

The salary band for the role is £30,044 to £32, 582 based on a 37 hour week. This is a permanent full time role.

You must be able to drive and have access to a car during the working week.
