Successful and growing technology marketing agency Bite IT Marketing are seeking a driven & creative Account Manager.
We are currently based near Hampton Court but servicing clients throughout the UK. This full time role represents an opportunity to support and inspire clients and colleagues with your vision and immeasurably develop the Bite reputation.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate B2B marketer with previous experience in the technology sector who is able to deliver high impact campaigns and build relationships with target organisations. We need someone:
• Confident in B2B face-to-face client meetings with senior business management and influencers
• Capable of regular client prospecting
• Able to assimilate and understand a client brief quickly with the ability to competently strengthen that brief where necessary
• Can articulate the value of Bite in the client journey
• Extensive experience within digital
• An excellent copywriter able to produce content for use across multiple platforms quickly and accurately
• Confident to run multiple and sometimes very complex client campaigns including budgeting and managing suppliers
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• A positive outlook and the ability to handle pressure
• Educated to a degree level with professional qualifications such as CIM
The Role
As a B2B Campaign Account Manager, you’ll craft and carry Bite’s message and deliver exciting, insight-driven campaigns that show clients and prospects the real value of partnering with us. It’s a relationship-driven role where as well as the creativity to conceive
fantastic and effective ideas, you’ll need the confidence to help shape our proposition, collaborating to create our broader B2B strategy and deliver bespoke campaigns to grow our key accounts. We’re looking for someone bursting with ideas and eager to be involved wherever they can add value, whether that’s working with our small in-house team to develop compelling messages or working directly with clients to deliver to their business goals. In this role you’ll:
• Plan, design, manage and execute fully-integrated B2B marketing campaigns
• Identify, establish and nurture relationships with key decision makers at target organisations
• Recommend and implement tailored marketing solutions to grow key accounts
• Develop bespoke B2B content for our audiences
• Clearly brief in-house content and design teams and external agencies and monitor execution through continued collaboration
• Continually refine and closely monitor KPIs and use insight to inform future strategy
The Admin Bits
9.00am – 5.30pm but flexibility is a must
28 days holiday per year Inc. Public holidays rising with service
12 week probation period
4 week notice period
Pension Plan
Bonus plan based on gross targets
Starting salary £40,000-£45,000
