Rare and truly exciting opportunity for a smart, creative thinking marketer to bring their marketing & comms skills to a hugely successful and entrepreneurial on-line business based in central London.  Working in a dynamic head office team, you will play a key role in devising, developing and executing high quality brand and marketing campaigns for the UK market, with a particular focus on TV, press and other ATL assets.  With a clear focus on brand building and driving revenue for the business through high impact consumer campaigns, you will have the opportunity to work with leading agencies and colleagues across the business to create world class campaigns, ensuring these synergise with high-profile digital and social media activity.  Client-side or Agency experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing briefing and developing ATL campaigns and media plans including TV assets to be aired on Sky, ITV and BT channels.
  • Supporting the Campaigns & Media team in driving reach awareness of the brand to key consumer audiences.
  • Ensure new creative is high quality and bringing a critically ‘fresh eyes’ approach to existing creative.
  • Collaborating with the wider business to deliver and communicate brand propositions and consumer activity to live consumers and prospects.
  • Takin an active interest in post campaign analysis in order to generate learnings from previous activity and apply them to future campaigns.
  • Help to deliver strong campaigns that capitalise on key sporting events throughout the year.
  • Developing campaigns that can be activated via multiple marketing channels, including CRM, Social, Content/Editorial, PR and Display/Video.

Skills Checklist

  • A robust base of experience working on consumer marketing and communications campaigns and activity in a client-side or agency environment.
  • Sports Fan: Armchair sport fan driven to stay connected in the world of sport
  • Numerate & Data Savvy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively and efficiently to tight deadlines.
  • The ability to drive change to continually improve brand and campaign performance and address changing business / market conditions.
