Marketing Campaign Manager, Employer Brand
London (12 Month Contract)

As the Employer Brand team for European Corporate, it is our responsibility to raise awareness and educate the talent market about how unique and exciting it is to work at Amazon! We are looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team and help us develop multi-media strategies that will attract and engage outstanding candidates for this diverse region.
As a campaign manager you will drive the creation and delivery of Go–to-market plans for the many hiring and employer brand projects we have across the region. Using marketing tactics such as targeted social media advertising, AdWords, programmatic, digital advertising and email marketing amongst others. As well as being a master at marketing planning, you will need adept project management skills, working to challenging deadlines but also taking the time to think big and invent new solutions to our brand and hiring challenges. Added to this, you will have a focused approach to analytics, being able to dive deep in to data and present meaningful metrics to our many business and talent acquisition stakeholders. · Report to the EU Corp Employer Brand manager
· Work with Employer Brand points of contact across the EU, to delivering and executing content plans for social media in line with business needs
· Optimize and experiment to improve metrics driving our attraction and engagement efforts
· Measure and optimize marketing campaigns using vendor-specific dashboards and analytics as well as Amazon owned data
· Manage the strategy and setup of organic and paid campaigns
· Collaborate with Employer Brand contacts and PR to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all channels
· Craft landing pages for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs, working with our content management system (CMS)
· Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
· Drive delivery of content and other helpful resources to expand our employer brand efforts across candidate touchpoints
· Work with and manage 3rd party relationships with a range of suppliers
· Manage the production of marketing assets for marketing campaigns, for example digital assets and creative execution


· BA (Hons) Degree
· Proven experience of marketing, social media and content development
· Ability to use data and analytics to drive better ROI measures around digital campaigns
· Experience creating content for the web and social, for example, video and media (guides, whitepapers, research, infographics, podcasts, etc.)
· Experience using a broad range of marketing channels (Social, Email, Print, Digital and Offline) to launch and optimize campaigns to meet business goals.


· Understanding of campaign life cycle, brand messaging, calls to action, direct response and integrated marketing strategies throughout channels
· Developing and overseeing strategy for all campaigns; from digital and display advertising to social media (across segments and markets including thematic content, resourcing delivery content; determining type of content needed)
· Defining metrics and measuring success of campaigns using internal and external analytics; constantly improving and innovating content
· Supporting creative execution and production through agencies and/or internal resources
· Skilled at Photoshop and Indesign
