Marketing Campaigns Manager

£50k - £60k per annum plus bonus and benefits

West London/Middlesex/Berkshire

We're currently working with an award-winning cloud-based software brand who are seeking a talented Marketing Campaigns/Marketing Programs Manager to deliver marketing strategies to grow their customer base across Europe, on the back on a new product launch in application services.

The successful person will own and lead the planning and execution of marketing and inbound demand generation campaigns, working cross functionally with the wider marketing, product and sales teams, you will have experience of creating measurable, integrated marketing programs to drive customer retention and revenue growth across multiple channels.

About the role:

  • Plan, develop and deliver programmes and campaigns that aligned to marketing strategy that drive customer interest and demand.
  • Supporting EMEA sales teams to achieve growth targets.
  • Delivering updates on marketing funnels to sales and marketing teams and reporting on outcomes.
  • Providing clear visibility on key financial performance metrics and influencing factors that drive results.
  • Translating GTM strategies and opportunities into actionable and measurable marketing campaigns.
  • Making an active contribution to financial year planning, segment and industry insights, campaign learnings and business priorities.
  • Working with other marketing managers to ensure a joined-up marketing plan across all segments.
  • Managing an assigned marketing budget to ensure spend in line with marketing plan.
  • Developing clear and insightful briefs to inform and enable campaign execution.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, subject experts and marketing services to develop campaign narratives and messaging.
  • Continuously monitoring campaign impact, insight and results.
  • Recognising and sharing data trends and recommending best practices on insights, learnings and experience.

About you:

  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent in marketing or a related subject.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in driving revenue generating marketing programs within a matrix environment.
  • B2B marketing experience, preferably with an understanding of business applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of the program management process, including segmentation and persona based marketing.
  • Able to demonstrate customer-centric marketing and articulate values based outcomes.
  • Understanding of how to apply principles of brand management, marketing communications, and database marketing to the program management process.
  • Experience of account based or persona based marketing and how to apply it.
  • Able to make recommendations based on insight, experience and data, negotiation and creating stakeholder buy-in.
  • Experience of using Salesforce, Marketo and other CRM/Automation tools.
