Do you want to join one of the fastest growing energy businesses in the UK? An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join the home energy Marketing Team based in Leeds City Centre.
Within this role, you will help grow the home energy business by leading marketing campaigns to grow our customer base. This will include working with third party aggregator sites (Price Comparison Websites), local marketing campaigns, partner marketing with brand partners, direct website sales and leading our brand building PR and sponsorship campaigns.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales, you will also be responsible for growing customer value through establishing customer base marketing activities (upsell, cross-sell, retention). This is the key role in the marketing team for delivering sales targets across all channels and ensuring retention rates are met. Use of analytics data to improve effectiveness and meet targets is key.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have substantial experience of campaign development and management in highly competitive B2C markets. With previous experience of managing campaigns across multiple channels to deliver sales, you will also be familiar with maximising budgets to deliver business growth and will have experience of using analytics to inform and direct activity.
They are looking for candidates who have a thorough knowledge of a B2C Regulated Market (preferably UK); knowledge of energy being an advantage but not essential. An understanding of campaign management tools and associated platforms will be required along with good stakeholder management and budget management skills.
You should ideally possess a Degree level qualification (or equivalent) coupled with a Marketing qualification (Chartered Institute of Marketing or recognised equivalent).
