Marketing Comms Managers – 3 month initial contract

Immediate starters with a solid background in planning and delivering innovative and effective customer communications campaigns needed now for these exciting fixed-term contract roles working for a major public service provider operating across London.  In these challenging roles, you will lead a wide range of initiatives, tactical and strategic, targeting the general public and businesses, visitors and other institutions with budgets ranging from £50K to £2m, spanning TV, radio, press and outdoor media to digital, social media and face to face activity.  You will ensure that campaigns comply with the overarching brand and legal guidelines, as well as capturing and feeding back successes and learnings to stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing 1-2 year and other short term customer and user campaigns and programmes, ensuring alignment with overall customer comms strategy and plan
  • Leading the day to day management and delivery of integrated comms campaigns and behaviour change programmes, generating ideas and ensuring all channel owners contribute to the plan
  • Capturing and feeding back project outcomes, successes and key learnings, proactively sharing across the portfolio and wider teams to assist continuous improvement

Skills Checklist

To meet the challenge of these roles, you’ll need proven experience of managing campaigns that have influenced customer opinions and behavior; enhanced company or organisational reputations and generated increased revenues and sales.  With experience ideally gained in a client-side or agency environment, you will have led teams and worked closely with and/or within major creative and media agencies, ensuring budgetary and timing targets are met.  You will have a robust knowledge of customer communications and behavioural change strategies, and be able to turn plans into rapid action to ensure success.
