Fantastic opportunity to join a major employer in the centre of Leeds as part of an ambitious and hard-working team.
Working as part of a sizeable marketing team you'll be responsible for managing the marketing activity that goes out to a key target sector across acquisition, retention and engagement. As the expert in your particular market segment you'll manage and use insight and research to help inform the marketing strategy and plan. Working with a range of internal teams and external suppliers you'll write creative briefs and manage workflow to ensure the campaigns are met on time and on budget. You'll then use research and evidence to assess campaign success, using these further insights to drive activity to your target audience, ensuring you keep abreast of what they want both now and in the future.
What We're Looking For:
To be considered you'll need to have strong experience in the planning and delivery of campaigns in a financial services environment. Planning using insight and research will be a key element of the role so you'll need to have experience of this too. If you're used to working closely with pricing and propositions teams it would be advantageous. This role is highly commercial and will see you working closely with the sales team and is not a hands on comms role.
